MSA Patient Support, Awareness and Education Funding

A portion of funds collected by MSA United from donations and other funding sources will be directed toward efforts to help patients currently suffering from the disease, to support the education of medical professionals and to develop awareness campaigns around the world. In order to conduct these activities, to do so in the most economically viable way and to have a greater impact, MSA United will work with both the members of the Consortium but also with other partnering organizations outside of the Consortium, to bring about our support, educational and awareness objectives. We are truly committed to the philosophy:          “Many Voices, One Vision; Many Hearts, One Hope”

MSA Curative Research Funding

MSA United directs a portion of donations toward research to cure or slow Multiple System Atrophy. Prioritizing clinical applications, it consults its volunteer research advisory board for cost-effective strategies. Uniquely, MSA United Research Consortium operates without salaried employees, ensuring all donations directly support the cause. It is also the only major U.S. nonprofit led by someone with a confirmed biological connection to MSA.
